Three things are paid for: Daily QC for a lab, accreditation when it's earned, and an Academy exam sitting. Everything else on Embryologics stays free.

Your first lab is free for 90 days. After that, or for a second lab, it stays readable, printable and exportable until you subscribe — never deleted.

Accreditation

US$2,000

a twelve-month accreditation year

In India charged in rupees, plus GST

  • Apply from day 90 of daily QC, with the essential units in use and your documents validated
  • Paying starts the accreditation year, with a year of Daily QC recording included (a subscription you already have pauses and resumes after it)
  • Judged by published rules every night; at the year's end the whole year decides: readings on at least 75% of working days, and every other rule
  • The certificate issues at the end of the year if every rule was met
  • A public page anyone can check, showing whether the lab is compliant today
  • After that, US$200 a year to stay accredited, and a Daily QC subscription to keep recording

All fees are final. The year is judged by the published rules; a year that does not meet them still includes twelve months of Daily QC.

How paying works

  • Currency. Labs and embryologists in India pay in rupees, plus 18% GST. Everyone else pays in US dollars, with no GST. The country is fixed when a payment starts.
  • Prepaid periods. Daily QC is paid a month or a year at a time, in advance. A new payment adds its period to the end of the one you already have. Nothing renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel: if you don't pay for the next period, the lab becomes read-only when the current one ends.
  • Reminders. We email the lab 30, 7 and 1 days before a free or paid period ends.
  • Invoices. Every payment gets a tax invoice in your account.
  • How to pay. In India through Razorpay: card, UPI, net banking or bank transfer. Elsewhere through PayPal or card.
