Quality in the lab is mostly habits. We make the habits easy.

What we do

Three things, free for everyone:

• Tools for IVF labs — a monthly KPI workup with a lab score, daily QC logs, and CAPA and SOP builders. Plain sheets a lab can adopt this week.
• A troubleshooting library for embryologists — problem-first guides and a manufacturer-neutral registry of media, equipment and techniques, kept current.
• Plain-language embryology for patients — printable pages in plain English that clinics can hand out.

How we think about it

Every accreditation, every audit, every good outcome rests on the same unglamorous things: measuring, checking, writing down, fixing. Most labs know this and most labs are too busy. So we build the smallest useful version of each habit and give it away. Labs that want to go further can keep their daily QC with us — the first lab free for 90 days, then a subscription — and earn an accreditation on top; embryologists can sit the Academy exams. The pricing is published. The free things stay free whether or not anyone pays.

Three promises

1. No patient data, ever. Our tools use case codes. We only see numbers.
2. Clinics stay anonymous. We never name the labs we work with or the labs that use our tools.
3. Neutral. We don't sell products, take commissions or endorse manufacturers. Registry pages summarise and link to official information; the IFU always wins.

Who reviews the content

Clinical content is reviewed by a certified clinical embryologist as each page is signed off, and a reviewed page says so. Pages still awaiting review say that instead, on screen and when printed.

The assistant

The question box on patient and embryologist pages answers from our published pages and nothing else. It will not guess your chances, read your report, or pretend to be your clinic. When it doesn't know, it says so, and that becomes the next page we write.
